Aaron Skonnard is the CEO of Pluralsight, a fast-growing enterprise technology learning platform. Aaron cofounded Pluralsight in 2004 and has since grown the company to more than 600 employees and 1,500 expert authors. As CEO, Aaron focuses on business strategy, future direction, product development and strategic partnerships. On a day-to-day basis, he works closely with the entire executive team in different capacities, including recruiting, brand management, marketing, sales, feature planning and content acquisition.
Most widely known for his keen product development methodologies, Nate is obsessed with how products are built and the teamwork it takes to build them. As CXO, Nate has crafted an organization that is centered on user experience, and also created collaborative teams including: product managers, UX designers, analysts, and persona researchers.
A champion for data-driven marketing throughout her 20-year career, Heather has held executive marketing and product management positions at some of the world's largest enterprise technology companies. She most recently served as CMO of one of tech's fastest growing enterprise SaaS companies.
Passionate about building great teams and a predictable revenue engine, Joe brings more than 25 years of experience to Pluralsight and is responsible for revenue growth, customer acquisition and customer retention strategies.
Anita oversees the entire employee journey, from recruiting and acquisition to employee growth and retention. Whether she’s negotiating better benefits or helping design workspaces to better serve Pluralsight’s teams, Anita loves creating an environment where people can do their best work.
James Budge is the CFO of Pluralsight, the technology learning platform. James joined Pluralsight in April 2017. He brings with him more than 20 years of financial leadership experience and a proven track record of success. Drawing on his extensive experience, James Budge acts as the financial and operational advisor to the Pluralsight executive team. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s financial, legal and information technology teams. His expertise, knowledge and skills play a critical role as Pluralsight accelerates its growth. Before joining Pluralsight, James served as CFO and President at Anaplan, a leading financial planning platform, where he helped drive 100% YOY top-line growth, reorganized the company to realign resources to drive growth more efficiently, and improved employee engagement and benefit programs. James’ career experience also includes service as CFO/COO at Genesys and Tivo Corporation, as well as CFO or executive advisory positions at CrossWorlds Sendmail, Hillcrest Management Group, Trados and Price Waterhouse. He has served on the Board of Directors at Xura and earned his degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Thoughtful and strategic, James easily translates the theoretical into tactics that deliver real-world results. His ability to prioritize key value drivers, understand changing market conditions, and act on his insights is his “secret sauce” for accomplishing real financial and strategic improvement wherever he puts his talents to work.
